Appointed by the Competition Commission to provide advice on the air traffic forecasts, layout options and capital costs for BAA’s G2 proposals (second runway and terminal development) at London Stansted Airport.

The project was carried out in the context of the Competition Commission’s market investigation into the supply of airport services by BAA, was undertaken in conjunction with the cost consultants, Gleeds.
