Twenty five years of International work in twenty seven countries, through International Consultant Companies, the World Bank, and the United Nations Agency – ICAO – International Aviation Organization, with twenty eight successful International Missions. Contract Management Experience with World Bank at the Airports of Mozambique, Mexican Airports Evaluation, and Airports of Madagascar Evaluation. Three years Contract with AENA Spanish Civil Aviation Authority for the Plan Barcelona International Airport Development Program. Two years Contract with ICAO for the Bangkok Airports System Master Plan, working recently as the IKAC Airport City CEO Advisor, Tehran.

Academic qualifications: Twice A.C.T.I.M. Short Courses in France, World Trade Center and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Short Course in U.S.A. Five years of Doctorate Academic Research Program at the Loughborough University, UK, with Sir Norman J. Ashford and Dr. Robert E. Caves supervision in Air Transport and Airport Strategic Planning.

Acting with the Brazilian Airports Concession Program since 2010 and lecturing Air Transport and Airport Planning at Universities in Brasilia, and Europe. Acting as Speaker at International Conferences in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
